Robinson & Luis' Gesha is a washed Gesha variety coffee from Finca La Pradera in Santa María, Huila, Colombia, grown at 2,050 meters above sea level. The farm is managed by brothers Luis Enrique Cuellar and Robinson Cuellar. The coffee undergoes a washed process with a 24-hour cherry fermentation, de-pulping, 48-52 hours of additional fermentation, and 18-25 days of drying in a traditional greenhouse. Flavor notes include floral, marionberry, merlot grape, lavender, bergamot, passion fruit, black cherry, orange blossom, and wild honey. The coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
