Summary

Nemesio Ramos Trujillo grows Pink Bourbon and Caturra varieties at Finca Galaxia in Verede El Carmen, Tarqui, Huila, Colombia at 1,900-2,000 meters above sea level. This washed microlot was depulped and fermented for 48 hours, rinsed and dried in a parabolic greenhouse solar dryer for up to 20 days. Flavour notes include lemon meringue, stone fruit, Rainier cherry, apricot, papaya, citrus, and honeyed florals. Nemesio is a third-generation coffee producer who has been growing coffee for 35 years.
