Produced by Gilberto Chilito Benabides and his family, this coffee features a traditional washed process with some partially de-pulped (semi-washed) cherries before fermentation. The cup profile includes notes of raspberry, guava, passion fruit, cranberry, blood orange, pink tropical fruit tart, and subtle florals, with a full-bodied, glossy mouthfeel and bright acidity.
