Summary
This coffee comes from the Chilcon family farms in El Diamante, San Jose de Lourdes, Cajamarca, Peru, on the border between the Andes and the Amazon rainforest. Roger and Elie Chilcon cultivate shade-grown Pache, Typica and Caturra at 1800-2000 m. The cherries are washed and the parchment is quality-controlled under SCA protocols by exporter Falcon Coffee Peru.
