Organic Darkwoods Espresso

Summary

Darkwoods Espresso is a blend of organic coffee beans from Peru, Ethiopia, and Sumatra (Indonesia). The Peruvian beans add sweetness, Ethiopian beans contribute cherry and caramel notes, and Sumatran beans provide a smoky character. Processed using fully washed method, with wet-hulled process for Sumatran beans and raised bed drying for Ethiopian beans. Roasted to a medium-dark profile with notes of molasses, red fruit, and chocolate. Suitable for espresso, drip, or French press.
