Guatemala Huehuetenango
Summary
Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango region, one of the country's three non-volcanic areas and its highest at over 1350 metres. Grown by five farms: Finca Isnul, Finca Buenos Aires Huixoc, Finca La Reforma, Finca Las Americas and Finca San Antonio. Varieties Typica, Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai, washed process. In the cup it shows a soft sweetness and full body with notes of milk chocolate, orange and biscuit. Best suited for cafetiere and filter brewing, also works as a lighter roast espresso.
