Inti Nam - Ecuador
Summary
Inti Nam is a Typica Mejorado coffee from Ecuador, produced by various smallholders. The name means 'the path of the sun' in Kichwa, referencing Ecuador's location. This rare variety, developed in a Nestlé breeding facility, is a hybrid of Bourbon and Ethiopian landrace. The processing involves 48 hours of in-cherry fermentation followed by submerged fermentation, resulting in a vibrant and fruity cup with notes of apricot jam, lemon sorbet, and lychee.
