A single-origin coffee from Fazenda Guariroba in Campo das Vertentes, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Produced by Gabriel Lamounier Vieira and Elisa Paiva Lamounier from the Catuai variety grown at 1100m elevation. Processed using natural anaerobic method: cherries harvested at over 24° Brix, selectively hand-picked, fermented in a closed bioreactor for 36 hours, then dried on African beds for 30-40 days. Flavour profile includes passionfruit, prunes, caramel, and eucalyptus. The farm won 1st place at Cup of Excellence Brazil (Naturals) in 2016 with a 90.5 score. Omni roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
