El Salvador Santa Leticia Natural Bourbon
Summary
Single-origin natural-processed Bourbon from Finca Santa Leticia, a family-run estate in the volcanic highlands of Apaneca, Ahuachapán, El Salvador, run by Ricardo Valdivieso and family since 1870. Traditional Bourbon is grown under shade trees, picked ripe, and slow-dried in the fruit on raised beds. Medium roast with juicy raspberry and bright lemon-drop acidity, settling into roasted nuts and a long brown-sugar finish — lively and fruit-forward with structure and clarity.
