Golden Hour is a blend combining three washed coffees from Ecuador and Rwanda. The Ecuador components feature Sidra from Finca La Josefina (Leopoldo Andrade & Ligia Merizalde) in Cascabel and Typica Mejorado from Finca Arashi (Abel Salinas) in Saraguro, Loja. The Rwanda component is a Red Bourbon lot from 260 smallholder farmers of the Vunga cooperative in Nyabihu, led by Daphrose Uwimana. Flavour notes include honey, apricot, and golden apple. Light roast with an average cupping score of 86.5.
