Single-origin filter coffee from João Hamilton's Novo Canaã farm in Caconde, São Paulo, Brazil. Grown using regenerative agriculture practices promoting soil health and biodiversity. Catuai variety processed by anaerobic natural method with 48-hour fermentation in plastic bags and dried on African beds. Flavour profile includes milk chocolate, caramel, dried fruit, chocolate cream, ripe stone fruit and hazelnuts.
