Single origin filter coffee from Ethiopia's Rumudamo processing station in the Harbegona region. The coffee cherries are sourced from smallholder farmers and processed by the Daye Bensa company run by the Dukamo family. Processed using the Natural method (dried on African beds) with Ethiopian variety 74112. Flavour profile includes aroma notes of meadow flowers and jasmine, with tastes of forest fruit and honey.
