Single origin filter coffee from Kenya. Produced by Ruera Estate in the Kiambu region. A blend of SL 28, SL 34, Batian and Ruiru varieties processed using the Kenyan washed method with 24 hour fermentation, 24 hour cold soak and dried on African beds. Flavour notes of black currant, red fruit, floral, citrus, stone fruit and forest fruits. A juicy and elegant coffee with a clean fruit profile, pronounced sweetness and fresh acidity.
