Fruity and elegant single-origin filter coffee from the Farm series. An anaerobically processed microlot from San Antonio farm in the Nariño region of Colombia, owned by Nilson López and Lida Cielo, grown at up to 2100 masl where slow ripening yields pronounced sweetness, juicy acidity and a very clean cup. Caturra variety processed by anaerobic washed method with 72-hour fermentation in plastic barrels and drying in parabolic dryers. Aroma of vanilla and hibiscus; flavours of apricots, wild strawberries and citrus.
