Farm • Medina Espejo (anaerobic Washed Method With 72-hour Fermentation In Plastic Barrels And Subsequent Drying In Parabolic Dryers)
Summary
Fruity and elegant single origin filter coffee from the Farm series. An anaerobically processed microlot from the San Antonio farm in the Nariño region of Colombia, grown by husband and wife Nilson López and Lida Cielo at altitudes up to 2100 m. The Caturra variety undergoes an anaerobic washed process with 72-hour fermentation in plastic barrels and drying in parabolic dryers. Slow ripening at high altitude gives pronounced sweetness, juicy acidity and a clean taste with aromas of vanilla and hibiscus and notes of apricots, wild strawberries and citrus.
