A single origin filter coffee from the Farm series. Microlot from the Kokosa processing station in the Bensa region, Ethiopia, owned by Heleanna Georgalis. The coffee cherries come from smallholder farmers around Kokosa station. Original Ethiopian varieties processed using the Kenyan-type washed method (double fermentation) followed by drying on African beds. Flavour notes of jasmine, peach and honey.
