A single-origin filter coffee from the Farm series. This microlot comes from the Buenavista farm in the Huila region of Colombia, produced by the Imbachi family (Carlos, Yolanda, and their five children). The coffee is of the Caturra variety, processed using the washed method with fermentation in concrete tanks and drying in parabolic dryers. Flavor profile features sugar cane, plums, and tropical fruits in the aroma, with notes of raisins in chocolate, plums, and lemongrass in the taste.
