Farm • FAF Reserve is a single-origin coffee from Brazil, produced by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), a model regenerative farm owned by the Croce family. This microlot features the Arara variety, a hybrid between yellow Catuai and Obata, known for high sweetness and exotic fruit notes. The coffee is naturally processed using African beds and finished in the traditional Brazilian volcano system for even drying. The cup profile is sweet and creamy with nougat, tropical fruit, caramel, and orange zest notes, complemented by chocolate undertones and lower acidity. It is intended for filter brewing. Selected directly on the farm by the roaster in September 2024, the coffee scored 86.75 on cupping.
