Etiopie Kokosa

Summary

Single origin coffee from Ethiopia, Kokosa washing station in the Bensa region of Sidamo. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1500-2300 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. Processed using washed Kenyan style method with double fermentation and extended soaking. Flavor notes of jasmine, peach, and honey. A microlot from Moplaco export company managed by Heleanna Georgalis, part of the Farm series.
