Ethiopia Kokosa
Summary
A washed-process microlot from Ethiopia's Bensa region in Sidamo. Grown by smallholder farmers around the village of Kokosa at 1500-2300m elevation, processed at the Kokosa station using a Kenyan-style fully washed method with two fermentation stages and extended soaking. The coffee is sourced through Moplaco, owned by Heleanna Georgalis. It offers a floral and fruity profile with tasting notes of jasmine, peach, and honey, with fresh citric acidity. From the Farm Series, recommended for filter preparation.
