Kenya Guitar is a single origin coffee from the Gitare washing station in Kiambu county, Kenya, part of the Kimaratia Farmers' Cooperative Society. Grown at 1,800 meters altitude on fertile volcanic soils by small producers, it features SL28 and SL34 varieties. The coffee is processed using the fully washed method: fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds. It offers a bright and fruity sensory profile with notes of mandarin, raisin, and grapefruit zest, with a clean body and lively acidity.
