A washed single-origin coffee from the Aricha Wubanchi area in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 meters. Made from Heirloom varieties, it offers a bright and clean cup with lively acidity and delicate sweetness, featuring notes of peach, lime, and berries. The producer, Tinshe Guye, cultivates local sub-varieties Kumie, Diga, and Wilsho on a small plot. The lot was fermented for 36 hours, washed in channels, and dried on African raised beds for 16 days.
