Single origin specialty coffee from Fazenda Pantano Estate in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown from Yellow Bourbon variety at 1100m and processed as pulped natural. The cup is clean with a bright body and highly complex flavour, rich with berry sweetness and praline nuttiness, alongside notes of hazelnut, chocolate and caramel. Suited for cafetiere, espresso, filter and milky coffee. Rainforest Alliance certified, and the estate supports a local school and staff training schemes. Scored 83.
