Summary
A Reserve Series coffee from Colombia's Risaralda region, produced by Paul K. Doyle's Mikava farms (Marsella & Santuario). This 100% Gesha variety (Gesha Santuario SASd) is grown at high altitude. The coffee undergoes an extended carbonic fermentation with Special Natural - Funky Naturals processing and solar aerobic slow drying (SASD) on raised beds. Notes of intense jammy, tropical and funky flavours. Recommended for filter brewing to highlight complex and delicate flavours.
