Whiskey Barrel Aged coffee from Concept Coffee Roasters. The base coffee is a natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, specifically Gedeb, Worka area, grown at 1950–2150 MASL by local micro farmers. The green beans undergo a proprietary flavor modulation process where they are aged in Bourbon whiskey barrels, resulting in a unique flavor profile. Tasting notes include eggnog, chocolate, and red apple. Roasted as omniroast, suitable for both espresso and filter preparation. Available in 250g and 1000g packages.
