Vietnam Lavender
Summary
A specialty grade Arabica coffee from the Dalat region of Vietnam, grown at 1500-1700 meters above sea level. Produced by Marián Takáč in cooperation with families of the Ko'Ho tribe. Varieties include Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, and Catimor. The coffee undergoes a lavender fermentation process, resulting in a unique flavor profile reminiscent of Cini Minis cereal milk, with notes of cinnamon, cardamom, and other warm spices, accompanied by a pleasant sweetness.
