GOOD VIBES ONLY DARK is a spring coffee blend from Coffeein, composed of three specialty-grade Arabica coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Java (Indonesia). The Ethiopian and Kenyan coffees are washed processed, while the Javan coffee underwent anaerobic fermentation. Roasted to a medium level (City+), the blend offers a flavour profile of cocoa, tropical fruits, and spicy tones, with notes of strawberry, nectarine, blueberry, pineapple, caramel, and orange zest. It has a medium body with a tea-like, juicy texture and a slightly bitter finish with sweet caramel and orange zest notes. Recommended for both filter coffee and fruity espresso preparation.
