Ethiopia Adorsi
Summary
Ethiopia Adorsi is a specialty grade coffee from the Guji region, Yirgacheffe, grown at 1950m altitude. The coffee is sourced from 450 smallholder farmers around the Adorsi processing station (part of the Testi group), who hand-harvest Heirloom variety cherries and process them using the Natural (dry) method with sun drying. The medium roast (City+) offers a sweet, penetrating aroma with a medium-bodied, tea-like texture. Flavour notes include dried fruits (mandarin, peach), caramel, spicy tones, and a long finish with caramelization and black tea bitterness. SCA score: 87.
