Costa Rica Canet Bach
Summary
Costa Rica Canet BACH is a limited microlot specialty coffee from Finca El Canet in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Grown at 1800m altitude, the Caturra and F1-Milenio varieties are processed using the Raisin honey method, with cherries harvested nearly at the point of drying. The coffee presents a very sweet aroma with vanilla and rum notes, medium body with tea-like texture, and flavors of raisin, honey, ripe red grape, and milk chocolate with minimal acidity. Only 300kg of this experimental lot was produced annually.
