Summary

A specialty grade light roast coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara at the Peñas Blancas processing station. Made from 100% Caturra variety, grown at 1600-1900 meters elevation on volcanic soil. The coffee undergoes an extended natural (dry) processing method with prolonged aerobic fermentation. Flavor profile includes dried tropical fruits, banana, pineapple, citrus, honeydew melon, dark chocolate, and cane sugar, creating a sweet, fruity, and intense Piña Colada-like character. Medium body with creamy texture. Recommended for filter preparation.
