Summary

A specialty coffee from the El Diviso farm in Huila, Colombia, produced by Nestor Lasso. This anaerobic natural processed coffee is intensely sweet and juicy, with flavors reminiscent of fruity gum, complemented by tropical fruits and a syrupy sweetness. Grown at 1850 meters above sea level on volcanic soil, the cherries are hand-picked and selectively sorted in 2025. The coffee has a medium body, jam-like texture, and a long, clean, sweet finish.
