Burundi Kibingo Washed coffee from the Kayanza region, grown at 1700–1900 meters on nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Processed using the washed method and sun-dried. Red Bourbon variety. Light roasted (City roast) with a medium-full tea-like body. Flavor profile includes strawberry, ripe fruits, berries, peach, plum sweetness, and fine cocoa notes with slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Sourced from 3,515 local smallholder farmers working with the Kibingo washing station.
