
Burundi Kibingo Natural (espresso)
Summary
A specialty grade coffee from Burundi's Kayanza region, produced by local smallholder farmers working with the Kibingo washing station. The Red Bourbon variety is grown at 1700–1900 meters on nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Processed using the natural (dry) method with sun drying. Flavour profile includes dried tropical fruits, berries, ripe peach, cane sugar, and mandarin, with cocoa and black tea notes in the aftertaste. Medium roast, recommended for espresso and moka pot preparation.
