Summary
A specialty grade coffee from Burundi's Kayanza region, processed by the Kibingo washing station working with 3,515 local smallholder farmers. Red Bourbon variety grown on volcanic soils at 1700–1900 meters elevation. Natural (dry) processed with selective hand harvesting. Light City roast, recommended for filter brewing. Flavor profile features dried fruits, cane sugar, mandarin, berries, ripe peach, cocoa and black tea tones with a medium body and tea-like character.
