Costa Rica Aquiares Anaerobic
Summary
This coffee comes from the historic Aquiares farm in Costa Rica, located on the slopes of the Turrialba Volcano between the Aquiares and Turrialba rivers. The farm, founded in 1890, manages the entire production chain. Grown at 820-1400 meters above sea level, the coffee includes Caturra and Centroamericano varieties. Processed using the Natural method: no pulp detached, followed by pre-drying on ceramic floors and drying on African raised beds. Tasting notes include raspberry, black forest cake, guinee, campari orange, strawberry puree, and lime.
