Toleyo Kaffee
Summary
Toleyo is a full-bodied, spicy 100% Arabica filter coffee blend from Brazil, Indonesia and DR Congo. The Brazilian component from APAS cooperative is sun-dried, contributing nutty-chocolate notes; the Indonesian component from Sumatra is wet-hulled, adding spicy, earthy depth; the DR Congo component from Rebuild Women's Hope is washed, rounding out with nutty-sweet and finely spicy notes. Varieties include Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuai, Acaia, Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Tim-Tim. Roasted dark, it offers gentle acidity and flavours of cocoa and nutmeg. Suitable for all filter brewing methods and fully automatic machines.
