Single-origin coffee from La Ceja, Antioquia, Colombia, grown by the El Oso community at 1,600–2,100 m. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, Típica and Colombia. Washed process and medium roast. The cup is balanced with hazelnut, caramel and chocolate notes, low acidity, and works well in filter brewing.
