A washed Kenyan coffee from the Gatomboya Coffee Washing Station, produced from SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 varieties. Ripe cherry is meticulously sorted, pulped, fermented and fully washed before drying on raised beds for around 12-20 days. The cup is clean and expressive with the vibrant acidity and layered sweetness typical of high-quality Kenya, showing pink grapefruit and baked apple balanced by smooth toffee sweetness. Roasted medium for espresso or light as a fruity pour over.
