Summary
A blend of dry-processed Gesha coffees from two producers in northern Peru. Julian Carahujulca, from Luya province, planted Gesha in 2021 and focuses on specialty quality. Cleber Cordoba, from Jaén, represents a younger generation of producers experimenting with new processing methods and exotic varieties. The coffee is dry processed with spontaneous fermentation. Flavour notes include apricot, honeydew melon, and chamomile. Recommended for filter preparation.
