A dry-processed Java variety from Honduras, produced by the renowned second and third generation coffee farmers Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. The Herrera-Caballero family manages over 200 hectares across 17 farms, focusing on quality and sustainability with organic fertilizers and biodiversity practices. The Java variety, originally from Ethiopia via Java island, offers a flavour profile reminiscent of Gesha with notes of blueberry, yellow kiwi, and date. Recommended for filter brewing.
