Summary
Buliye is a naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia's Oromia region, Hambela Wamena district (Guji area). Grown at 2230 meters altitude, the coffee cherries are dried on raised beds protected from direct sunlight by nets for approximately 20 days. The cup profile offers sweet and creamy mouthfeel with notes of apricot, blueberry, and date. The coffee was prepared for export by Sibu Coffee and imported by Ethicoffee.
