Grown at 1450-1730 meters altitude, this coffee features Caturra and Colombia varieties. The beans undergo a dry processing method with spontaneous fermentation. The flavour profile includes notes of cognac cherry, nougat, and dark chocolate. Designed for espresso preparation.
