Bella Vista is a coffee from Honduras, produced by Oliverio Lara López in the Copán region, Corquín, at 1450 m altitude. The family farm has cultivated coffee for nearly a century, focusing on specialty quality under Don Oliverio. The coffee is of the Parainema variety, a hybrid developed in Honduras known for high yields and leaf rust resistance, which has achieved high cupping scores. Processing is dry with spontaneous fermentation. Flavour notes include cognac cherry, hazelnut, and caramel. Recommended for espresso brewing.
