Asman

Summary

Asman is an Indonesian specialty coffee from Sumatra, Aceh, Gayo, Pantan Musara region, named after Cup of Excellence-winning producer Asman Arianto, who owns the Asman Gayo Mill. The coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers, grown at 1300-1650 meters altitude. It features Arabica and local varieties, processed using the dry method with spontaneous fermentation. The cherries were sorted by floatation and dried on raised beds under plastic covers. Flavour profile includes punch, pink grapefruit, and dark chocolate. Roasted for espresso.
