Single origin coffee from Guatemala, produced by Maria Ramirez Vargas on her farm T'Zun-Witz in Concepción Huista, Huehuetenango region. Maria is a member of the Jakaltek people and a first-generation coffee producer. The coffee is washed: cherries are depulped on the same day, fermented in water for 36 hours, washed with clean water, and sun-dried on a patio for six days. Tasting notes: red berries, floral, nectarine.
