Summary
Single-origin coffee from Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia, produced by Rainaldi of Pundit Coffee. Made from 100% Liberica (Excelsa) beans grown at 800 m a.s.l. in a rainforest ecosystem alongside banana trees, tobacco and tall shade trees. Processed as anaerobic natural (anaerobic thermo soaked natural), where the cherries undergo a warm bath before anaerobic fermentation and natural drying. Light roast with an exceptional sensory profile of sage, liquorice, grapes and very high sweetness. The name Si Unyil Manis translates to 'the little sweet one'.
