Summary

Single-origin Robusta from Vins & Bedjo, a small farm on the slopes of Mount Telomoyo in Sepakung, Central Java, Indonesia. Processed with a signature quadruple anaerobic fermentation (five days in each of four tanks, cleaned between stages) to give a clean, gentle profile. Deep malty character with notes of cocoa and nuts, a clean and clear brew, heavy pleasant body and almost no acidity. Roasted light. Flavour notes: bitter chocolate, nuts, caramel, orange peel.
