A washed coffee from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia, produced by Sookoo Coffee at their Weessi washing station. The ripe cherries are pulped, fermented in water for 12 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. Tasting notes include candied orange, floral, vanilla, and stone fruit.
