Blueprint

Blueprint Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster in Saint Louis, Missouri, doing things since 2013. They run several coffee bars around town plus a dedicated roasting HQ, and their beans end up in quality-driven coffee shops and retailers across the country. Their whole approach is a relationship loop: work closely with sourcing partners to keep coffees fresh, exciting, and sustainable, then rely on precise roasting and brewing to let those coffees shine. They offer single-origin picks and even an instant coffee, and if you want a steady supply, their shop has a subscription option. Solid, thoughtful coffee with a clear sense of place.
