A natural processed SL28 coffee from Santa Barbara, Honduras, produced by Bersi Sagastume and Edwin Pineda, members of renowned coffee families. Grown at 1550 masl on the El Pozo farm, the coffee was picked at peak ripeness, hand-sorted, and dried on raised beds. The flavour profile features red berries, currants, baking spice, brown sugar, and lime zest, with notes of red plum, blueberry, and blackberry as the coffee cools. This lot placed 21st at the 2023 Honduras Cup of Excellence.
